1. Services

Steam Master Eco Cleaning provides eco-friendly residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. All services are performed in accordance with our service descriptions and pricing, as presented on our website or in written estimates.

2. Service Agreements & Estimates

Quotes & Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
Confirmation: A service appointment is confirmed once you accept a quote and pay any required deposit.
Scope Changes: Any changes to the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices: Displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
Deposits: A deposit of 25% may be required to secure your booking.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Balance Due: Payable upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation by You:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee of the total service cost.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation by Us: In rare cases (e.g., severe weather), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with as much notice as possible and no penalty.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.

6. Liability & Insurance

Our Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
Damage Claims: Report any damage within 24 hours. We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage.
Your Responsibility: Remove fragile or valuable items before service.

7. Health & Safety

You agree to disclose any known hazards (e.g., loose floorboards, aggressive pets).
Our team follows all OSHA and EPA guidelines for eco-friendly cleaning products and steam technology.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Steam Master Eco Cleaning and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Effective Date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
